Installation manual

To install the script on your server, please do the following steps:

1. Copy the files to your Web server via FTP.

2. Change permissions to the "data" directory, adding the "allow write for all" permission. This is usually done via "chmod" command of your FTP client (the correct value of chmod permissions for this directory is 777). This directory stores a cache of related searches fetched from Overture, therefore it needs to be writable by Web server.

3. If you installed your script in a subdirectory (for example: http://www.yourdomain.com/somedir/), you need to edit the .htaccess file and change the second line to:
RewriteBase /somedir/
(where "somedir" is the name of your directory). If you installed the script on a domain or subdomain without a directory, no change needs to be made.

4. Set up your AdSense, Ebay and Amazon IDs as required - refer to configuration manual.
